About Us
Bespoke Brewing was founded in 2020 and opened in 2021 by Jon Sager, Ryan Dagen and Janae Dagen. Their shared passion for craft beer and serving people led them to open up Bespoke with the desire to bring craft small batch beer to the Strasburg area.
In August 2021 Bespoke opened the doors to their brewery and first retail location. Two years later in September of 2023, Bespoke expanded its retail to it’s current location at 226 Gap Road. The new taproom and restaurant is just 100 yards west of the brewery and features indoor seating for over 100 guests as well as a beer garden and full kitchen menu. The existing brewery at 242 Gap Road is now closed to the public allowing Bespoke to increase it’s brewery and manufacturing operations.
